Currently Calls for applications in the field of Visual Arts are closed

The deadline for the first call 2023 has passed.

A second call for applications for galleries as well and for project spaces/ producer galleries will be published in fall 2023.
We are pleased to receive questions about the calls for applications at any time: info(at)kreativ-transfer.de

Background: Kreativ-Transfer

The aim of the Kreativ-Transfer funding programme is to support professionals in the fields of the performing arts, visual arts and games in establishing and expanding their international networks to improve their visibility on the international market. The programme supports the necessary international marketing and networking measures as well as the corresponding training and professionalisation of the stakeholders.

In the field of visual arts, the Kreativ-Transfer program offers both gallery owners and operators of project spaces and producer galleries the opportunity to apply for travel grants for attending fairs and art festivals. This enables the recipients to showcase their works, establish new contacts, and find co-producers and clients.

Additionally, strategic projects for international marketing, networking, and professionalization can be funded.

Note: Visits to international events will continue to be funded even in times of pandemics, political crises, wars or similar circumstances, provided that the recommendations of public authorities in Germany and the destination country allow the related travel to be undertaken.

In addition, the programme supports strategic projects for international marketing, networking and professionalisation.

In implementing this funding, the Dachverband Tanz Deutschland cooperates with the Bundesverband Deutscher Galerien und Kunsthändler e.V. (BVDG), the Internationalen Gesellschaft der Bildenden Künste e.V. (IGBK) and transmissions GmbH.
