Anne Welenc celebrates her debut as a writer and director with "QUEENS". Previously, she was involved as an actress in transdisciplinary performance projects such as "All in" and "Traumgirl". Now she continues this practice, expanding classical theater material with impulses from related performing arts. "QUEENS" moves between opera, drag and drama and is based on critical feminist research into the queens Mary Stuart and Elizabeth I and their portrayal in German drama. It plays with their literary, historical and pop cultural heritage to allow new readings on the relationship between gender and power.

Craftsmanship confronting circus. In "Sawdust Symphony" Michael Zandl, David Eisele and Kolja Huneck combine their passion for crafting, fresh wood and object manipulation.
The piece covers the human desire to create: the process from vision to construction, the tragedy of work and the relationship between tools and humans. Obsessed characters discover and transform their space and themselves to take the spectator into a unique DIY experience. "Sawdust Symphony" is an intense dialogue between satisfaction, frustration and the smell of gasoline.
Michael Zandl, David Eisele and Kolja Huneck got to know each other during their studies at the circus university Codarts in Rotterdam and became good friends with complementing artistic approaches. Through the process of creating their individual solo pieces Michael, David and Kolja discovered their passion for building and crafting. This is what brought them together to create "Sawdust Symphony" as a collective.

Sandra Hanschitz and Joël Beierer have been collaborating since 2018 on interdisciplinary dance and circus productions that are strongly characterized by their aesthetic language and immersive experiential quality - at the heart of their work the Cyr Wheel. With their latest project "IIIII - about the art of letting go" they have been touring Central Europe together since 2021.
In search of unique performance experiences, Hanschitz & Beierer create intimate and reflexive works in the interplay of tranquility & loss of control: the personal becomes political, philosophy comes alive, and the conceptual can be physically experienced.
Supported by FONDS DaKu, BMKÖS and the Kulturamt Freiburg, the two are currently working on a new production (wt: Interdependen.cyr), in which they critically examine the human hubris in dealing with the inanimate entities of this world.
